Since that appearance, FL officials are now confirming "suspicious and possibly fraudulent voter registration forms" in "at least ten counties" in the state, which shatters the "one bad apple", "just one individual in Palm Beach" talking point which the AP had been helping both the RNC and Sproul's shell company, Strategic Allied Consulting, pass on to the public late last night.
There really are some shameful occupations on the world, eg pimp, looting BOFA banker, lying mainstream AP media shill, psycho health insurance executive (ie siphoning money from sick and desperate people)...

Brad, the girl in CO was working for Sproul's compnay.
"FOX31 Denver has confirmed that the young woman seen registering voters outside a Colorado Springs grocery store in a YouTube video, in which she admits to trying to only register voters who support Mitt Romney, was indeed a contract employee of Sproul’s company." http://kdvr.com/2012/09/...ith-ties-to-voter-fraud/
As the article points out, although Colorado is not aware of" any voter registration fraud in that state, election authorities would have no way of knowing whether Sproul's company simply threw away registration forms filled out by Democrats, as it did in Oregon & Nevada in 2004 (both swing states at that time also, I believe).

It's appropriate that Brad appropriately credited NBC for their report that Sproul's election fraud antics have now been discovered in four FL counties.
Too bad that neither NBC nor MSNBC credited Brad for breaking this story to begin with.

At least there's nothing new under the sun, including the Republican strategy of blaming the opposition for doing exactly what you're doing.

Sadly, this is yet another re-hash of the RNC and state GOP's illegal voter "slamming."
Brad has covered this before. One of the more notable stories was the arrest and coviction of Mark Jacoby in CA in the 2008 cycle. He was head of YPM "Young Political Majors" another GOP allied/owned group for voter registration fraud.
http://www.bradblog.com/?p=7237
And now in 2012. Very same playbook, but new actors.
But Mark is also allegedly out of jail and back at it. But overall this strategy, cynical strategy to win at all costs, unfairly and illegally manipulating the system is entirely Karl Roves. He implemented this.

Yup. Saw it earlier tonight. Been chasing that one down all week. Had suggested that the CO registration worker in the viral video was working for Strategic Allied Consulting in my very first story on this whole fine mess on Tuesday.
The Comm. Dir for the CO GOP had been giving me the run around on it for days. Happy to see that Fox Denver finally got hard confirm! Will try to cover it in my follow up piece tomorrow.

Just wanted to say, that in view of recent events in Florida and GOP Voter Registration Fraud investigations, I checked my Voter Registration status. It stated the following.
"Voter record not found or record may belong to voter with information protected from public disclosure per section 119.071(2), (4) , or (5) , Florida Statutes.
Contact your local Supervisor of Elections office to determine your registration status.
Or Return to Voter lookup and try again.
The Sup.of Elec. link was a redirect. When I got to the other page, it simply told me I was to vote in SRQ.
I also felt the popup message window was annoying to read, as it has select letters that are in bold that seem arbitrarily placed or used.
I have already received online confirmation that I am registered ,back when I received my absentee ballot via snail mail, along with many other documents form SRQ Sup. of Elections. So how is it possible that I'm all of a sudden being informed I am not in their data base? Anyone else have a similar problem? I did a screen grab of the SRQ Sup.Of Elec. web site telling me I am not listed.

I just ran a family members name through the SRQ Sup. Elec site and the same thing happened. Despite the individual has already received snail mail ballot and info that she is a registered voter as well. We both have Absentee Ballots. I also was merely following the directions that were in the Sarasota Herald Tribune / SHT news paper for people to check their status as well as their signature. The article appeared in Sunday's Op-ED ,Editorial section Sept. 23,2012 pg 16A

This is very odd. I checked again and I was still not listed. The site I went to was the site that Sarasota Herald Tribune told readers to go to, in order to check voter status. My brother, using a different link directly to the SRQ elec. was able to confirm I am an active registered voter, as are the other 2 family names I entered, that initially stated no record found.
My brother using his own computer checked the site I did, had one no record, then tried it again, it stated I was active.
So my question is this. Why would the newspaper provide a web site that works sometimes? I'm confused. But again, this is so floriduh......

Ernie @ 6 writes, "Too bad that neither NBC nor MSNBC credited Brad for breaking this story to begin with."
Yah, that didn't escape my notice, either.
This story has me seething. While we've known about Sproul and Ass(es)for years thanks to Brad's reporting, what we didn't know was that election fraud was now a 'job' posted on Craigslist!
I guess those REPUB ass-hats really ARE job creators! jeezus.
Putting together the pieces of this sick and hypocritical GOP puzzle thanks to Brad's stellar reporting - article in the LA Times on WED re: a TRUE THE VOTE outfit in OH challenging minority voters right to vote based on erroneous housing / address info and challenging OH students right to vote based on the lack of "STUDENT DORM NUMBERS" on their voter registration forms...
Bet they're connected, too.
Perhaps TRUE THE VOTE org picks up where STRATEGIC ALLIANCES leaves off - compiling and sharing the FALSE info that will lead to voter-roll purges and legitimate voters being disenfranchised.
Comment and a question for you, Brad and Ernest:
a) GREAT that Brad broke this story BEFORE the election - and that it's got legs! I'm thrilled that it's going national, and that the MSM / HUFFPO is reporting it even where they don't have the decency to give Brad credit where credit is (long) over-due...

...if nothing else, the national play this story is getting exposes the STUNNING GOP hypocricy re: the election fraud / voter fraud canard; sheds light for millions of voters who are now well aware of the FRONT END voter suppression tactics BRADBLOG readers have become all too familiar with over the years, but who have been kept largely in the dark re: how that ties into the BACK END of voter suppression - the electronic manipulation of our voting systems.
I've been doing a lot of interviews lately, and that is the one thing I try to stress. If they're this willing to cheat on the front end, where we can all see the manipulation - how is it far-fetched to assume they'd do the same on the BACK END, where the election manipulation is undetectable?...
I'm tweeting / circulating your links wide - encouraging everyone reading this to do the same.
This is kinda huge, Bradtribe!

QUESTION: In light of these recent revelations brought forth by the BRADBLOG (and especially in light of how ACORN was dismantled for FALSE allegations of the same despite NO EVIDENCE) - how do we get PROSECUTIONS this time, damnit!??!
I'm so so so so sick of this BS.
I sincerely doubt we're gonna see much action from Rick Scott's FL DA, and Holder's DOJ has been all too flaccid in the past when it comes to prosecutions of wrong-doing in cases like this (or any cases involving GOP infractions)...
Do we need to flash mob 'em? A massive info campaign urging millions of folks to call 'em up and demand justice? Is learning how to apply critical mass / public pressure the only recourse for the citizen activist, at this late juncture?
If that should fall short - should we appeal directly to the U.N.? Some kind of international election monitoring org? Do we file a RICO suit?
How do we proceed? How do we rectify? How do we move this case forward in light of this breaking news re: the NATIONAL coordination of dirty tricks (er...FELONIES)exposed wide?
...
Thanks in advance for any suggestions you might have.
I'm not sleeping, again.
I've lost more sleep from regularly reading the Bradblog than I have from any other news source.
Congrats, Brad! Must mean you're doing it right, or that I need more AMBIEN.

I was reading (cover your eyes!)Pattirico’s site last night ( I was offline when Breitbart died so ended up there when reading about him)and saw this outfit mentioned, "kingstreetpatriots.org" and after some poking around you see they are affiliated with True the Vote. One of the headlines for volunteers says "Are You Ready To Make a Difference in the 2012 Elections" . What an understatement!

oh..and Jude: try not to vote absentee in SRQ if you can help it. It's a huge fraud vector.
We were never ever allowed to see the absentees being counted or scanned...
they go directly to Dent, then disappear, then we have to "trust" the count on them is correct.
...and lord knows Dent hates paper. She's STILL pissed that she was forced into an OP SCAN system by the state after her OWN botched election fiasco in 2006 when 18,412 votes went "missing" from the ES&S touchscreen machines.
Dent has been encouraging absentee ballot voting for years, and we know she is not to be trusted with our most sacred ballots.
Try to vote in person at the polling place, if you can. And spread the word...!

FWIW, to those who have raised the issue here, the Christian Science Monitor's coverage today by Patrik Jonsson includes a generous hat-tip.
Other coverage in the "alternative" media, such as Lee Fang's at The Nation, Alex Seitz-Wald's at Salon and Eric Boehlert's at Media Matters, among others, have been kind enough to cite some our coverage as well.
And, FWIW, National Memo has been cross-publishing some of The BRAD BLOG's reports in this series, as has Salon, Truthout and Alternet.
Now, back to covering it...More soon...

Interesting segment of the Fox31-Denver story:
Sproul told the [Los Angeles] Times he formed Strategic Allied Consulting at the request of the RNC for publicity's sake, given past negative media coverage of Lincoln [Strategy Group] stemming from past allegations going back to 2004, when employees in Nevada and Oregon signed up Democrats but threw out their forms instead of turning them in.
Sproul has also been linked to signature fraud this election cycle in his home state of Arizona where he was working on a ballot initiative that would allow the state to nullify any federal laws it finds to be unconstitutional.
The RNC has lot's of 'splainin' to do about their "zero tolerance" claims!

Sad to say, but he'll get away with it, everyone will forget & he'll be hired again in 4 yrs under different company names. The "investigation" will go nowhere same as the others.
