I began
PoliticalCritic.com in August 2004 out of growing frustration with
the war in Iraq and the Bush administration. It has evolved
into a semi-daily political blog that is critical of establishment
and
government.
It covers current political races and tries to draw attention to
issues not generally covered by the national media.
I am a registered
Independent. In the most recent election, I voted for Barack Obama for President.
On the downballot, I voted for the Libertarian candidate in the U.S.
Senate race in Massachusetts and abstained from voting in my
Congressional race as the incumbent Democrat ran unopposed.
I am currently a Vice
President for a large investment firm in the Northeast. I
manage assets for institutions, endowments, and high-net worth
individual clients. I have previously worked for Evergreen Investments,
a division of Wachovia Bank. Prior to that, I worked for a
handful of banks and investment companies along the east coast.
Content in this blog has
appeared in numerous sources, including The Pittsburgh Tribune
and Review in their Best of Blogs article. I have
also appeared on the Subject2Discussion radio program on
LVRocks.com. The radio show is podcasted each week.
