Hello, my name is Sarah! I'm 25. I live in Seattle. I recently graduated from Cornish College of the Arts with a degree in design, and will soon be off to grad school to do my illustration thing at the School of Visual Arts.

I like old things. I like the circus. I like to draw. I like to write.

For the next few months I won't be adding back newly-created or unused journals unless you tell me who you are. There are serious real life reasons for that and I'll lift this temporary ban when those reasons are resolved.

Because of the MASSIVE KERFUFFLE and DRAMA LLAMAS prancing around the ice dance world right now (omg what is going on with Igor?!), I thought I'd post all of my Marlie icons.

Today we had a senior studio meeting. There are forty seniors total in the design department. Sixteen were there today. SO WE GOT ALL THE GOOD SEATS IN THE CORNERS AT THE WINDOWS YESSSS. We're going to make a fort under our corner, and because you can bring in shelving and cabinets, we're going to make it a library, too. That's pretty much what people do every year, since you live in that room until May. And they've finally replaced the major design printer, so the quality won't be complete shit. Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

Still plugging along. I'm thinking of adding 20k of padding so I don't continue to freak myself out. However, I calmed myself down when I realized that part one hogs almost six pages of outline, and the first season of the circus only hogs three. That leaves seven pages of outline (okay, really, only six, because page seven is one line). ( Short ramble about the timeline. I feel like I should be prudent about spoilers now or something. So now I am going to put a pause on any new requests.

If you've paid for shipping, I'll aim to have things sent out in July. I haven't posted everything I've drawn. Some things are going to get mailed out instead. But I've checked, rechecked, double double checked, and triple infinity checked that I've completed everything and distributed what could be distributed and set aside what will get mailed. Nothing should get overlooked. I'll notify everyone when I mail things out. Until then, I haven't forgotten a thing!

I'd mail things out sooner but the end of June is going to be completely occupied by legal things and depending on how those go, we may or may not be able to get shipping taken care of in a very timely manner. But here's hoping.

I can't thank everyone enough for leaving requests and tolerating the wait. I never dreamt this would even be remotely successful.
