Known Issues
General:
- Some users are being shown an incorrect password message, indicating their password should be changed. This is a bug resulting from some symbols being mis-identified as not being allowed symbols. You can ignore this message, and the issue will be fixed soon.
- The setting to replace images with placeholders is not being respected on the original Friends page view (not the new feed version now in beta). This has been reported.
- The Directory page and profile page interest searches are both displaying zero results for any search, even in cases where the search has known results. This issue has been reported for investigation.
- If you are missing comment notifications by email, please see our email troubleshooting guide as the problem may be something you can resolve on your own. It is known that some users can be missing certain types of notifications, particularly ones regarding community activity. Until this issue is resolved, we cannot guarantee you will receive all of your notifications. You may wish to try tracking the entire entry, or bookmark any entries or comment threads that you wish to follow.
- We are looking into issues involving adding images to entries and other uploading issues.
