The Ed Schultz Show broadcasts live from 30 Rock in New York City!

Katrina vanden Heuvel, editor and part-owner of the Nation, joins the 1st hour of Wednesday's show to discuss avoiding the "fiscal cliff."

Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-VT, joins the 2nd hour of Wednesday's show to discuss keeping entitlement reform off the table during the "fiscal cliff" negotiations.

John Nichols, Washington Correspondent for the Nation, joins the 3rd hour of Wednesday's show to discuss the news of the day.

President Barack Obama will renew his case for tax hikes on wealthy Americans to avert a year-end fiscal crunch and call for a smooth increase in the nation's borrowing limit in a speech to a business group on Wednesday, a White House official said. We'll bring you the latest.

U.S. Senator-elect Elizabeth Warren is expected to secure a seat on the Senate Banking Committee, two congressional aides said on Tuesday, a move that would give the Wall Street critic a powerful platform from which to oversee financial firms. We'll give you the details.

Republicans are proposing a "fiscal cliff" plan that revives ideas from failed budget talks with President Barack Obama last year, calling for raising the eligibility age for Medicare, lowering cost-of-living hikes for Social Security benefits and bringing in $800 billion in higher tax revenue. We'll talk about it.

We'll have your calls and the latest news, Wednesday on The Ed Schultz Show.

President Obama is done playing games. He’s holding the line on taxes and drawing a line on the debt ceiling,

Tonight, Ed welcomes House Democratic Whip Steny Hoyer(D-MD) for the latest fiscal cliff developments and the Democratic line on Medicare.

Then, how is President Obama supposed to negotiate with Republicans who won’t recognize reality or deal with the facts? Ed will ask former Rep.Tom Perriello (D-VA).

Paul Ryan and Marco Rubio try to re-invent themselves as warriors for the middle class. Ed will check in with Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, (D-FL) Chair of the Democratic National Committee, to see if their actions match up with their rhetoric.

Voter suppression across the country was a man-made disaster. Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) has a new plan to end it and she joins us tonight to explain it.

And in the Big Finish, a new poll shows half of all Republicans think the defunct group Acorn stole the election for President Obama. Ed will talk with Karen Finney, MSNBC Political Analyst and former DNC Communications Director, about the GOP’s alternate reality.
