Kebun Baru is a district within Ang Mo Kio, Singapore. It is located in the west of Ang Mo Kio and bounded by Mayflower district and Bishan - Ang Mo Kio Park. The Member of Parliament for this constituecy is MP Inderjit Singh.
It will be served by the Mayflower MRT Station along the Thomson MRT Line in 2020.
Etymology[edit]
Kebun Baru (new garden in Malay) is often seen as a tranquil district compared to central Ang Mo Kio, which is flanked by giant malls such as AMK Hub and rows of suburb shop houses.
