A group runs through bubbles on their way to the second turnaround of the Coast Guard Ball Committee hosted Splash & Dash 5K June 3, 2017 on U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The run had two turnaround points, beginning and ending in the shadow of the Windward Point Lighthouse, and multiple stations of water balloon attacks, bubbles and a hosing from a Guantanamo Bay Fire Department fire truck.

Eberhard Norman, first sergeant for the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 525th Military Police Detention Battalion, attaches campaign battle streamers to the Army Colors during the 242nd Army Birthday Ball here at the Windjammer ballroom June 10. There are 189 streamers attached to the Army Flag staff denoting campaigns fought by the Army throughout our nation’s history.
The 1,000 Pound Club is available for all Joint Task Force Guantanamo and U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba Troopers and residents. The test consist of bench press, back squat and deadlift.
