That is one big helo!! looks like it builds up nicely. Praying to the plastic Gods that they do a CH-53, any version. Vietnam CH-53A, Desert Storm CH-53D or E, and of course the CH-53K....

Not that I can think of no. As the whole shape of the blade root and cord are completely different.

Mostly for corrosion control. The new semi-gloss helps the fleet keep the aircraft cleaner and less engine exhaust build up. As you well know if you know to call them "Shitters" that they are one messy helicopter. A lot of oil leaks, hyd leaks, grease etc. It is what it is, they leak. It was thought for years that any type of gloss finish on military aircraft would make that aircraft a target for Air to air, Ground to air missile systems. Dutch, I see the SAC "SASH" on this aircraft, but it looks to me as the radome has been canibalized from another aircraft hence the different demarcation lines for the SASH. Thoughts? gunny
