Oct 17, 2012 · Nowadays the original MSXML.DLL is no longer supported or distributed with Windows or IE. The oldest version of the XML SDK that MS still supports is MSXML3.DLL so I have just converted HexEdit to use that (uses MSXML2 namespace). I believe MSXML3.DLL is distributed with Windows 7, Vista and XP.
