White Chocolate Party Mix

This yummy snack mix recipe was created by me, to enter into the state fair, it's delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz) bag microwave popcorn shopping list
- 2 cups Rice Chex shopping list
- 1 ¼ cup milk chocolate M&m’s shopping list
- 3 ½ cups pretzels shopping list
- 1 package (10 to 12 ounces) white chocolate chips shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine popcorn, chex, m&m’s, and pretzels.
- In a microwave or heavy saucepan, melt chocolate chips and oil; stir until smooth.
- Pour over popcorn mixture and toss to coat.
- Immediately spread onto two baking sheets;
- let stand until dry, about 2 hours.
- Store in an airtight container.
