cheese muffins with sour cream

tasty and easy to make
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 sticks butter shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 cups self-rising flour shopping list
- Dalop of sour cream {for Garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 350 degrees
- Blend first 3 ingredients in food processor
- transfer mixture into bowl add flour stir well spoon into mii-muffin pan Bakfor 15-20 minutes top each muffin after done and cooled with sour cream
- Note_ I sometimes subsitutue 1/2 cup of Pepperjack cheese with a 1/2 cup Cheddar sharp cheese{maks full cup cheese}
