Spinach Stuffed Shells

- 1 package chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry shopping list
- 1-1/2c. fat-free ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1/2c. grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2c. cholesterol-free egg substitute shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- 1tsp. dried oregano leaves shopping list
- 1/2tsp. each salt, dried basil leaves and dried marjoram leaves shopping list
- 1/4tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 24 cooked large pasta shells shopping list
- 2 cans (14-1/2oz.) crushed tomatoes, undrained shopping list
- 1c. shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 13x9 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine spinach, ricotta and Parmesan cheeses, egg substitute, garlic and seasonings in large bowl. Spoon into shells. Place shells in prepared pan. Top with tomatoes with juice and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake, covered, 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
