Salsa Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 32 ounces of Salsa (and brand)
- 2 bottles of Italian salad dressing.
- Bag of minute rice (white or brown)
- 1 lb of mozerella cheese
How to make it
- Marinade chicken breast in 16 ounces of salsa and a bottle of Italian dressing for 24 hours
- Turn oven to broil
- Broil chicken breast for 20 minutes till golden brown
- Cover chicken with mozerella cheese for approx. 2 minutes
- Cook rice.
- Mix equal amounts of salsa and italian dressing in a seperate jar.
- Distribute the rice on 4 seperate plates and then top with individual chicken breasts.
- Pour mixture of salsa and dressing over rice.
- Enjoy!
