Ground Beef Pepper Steak

Ingredients
- 1 Lb. ground beef shopping list
- 1 Tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/8 Tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1 Tsp. butter shopping list
- 2 Medium green peppers -- cut in eighths shopping list
- 1 Small clove garlic -- minced shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Mix ground beef, salt and pepper in bowl. Shape into 8 patties. Brown quickly on both sides in butter in skillet. Remove patties to hole platter. Combine green peppers, garlic and soy sauce in skillet. Cook, stirring constantly for 2 to 3 minutes. Arrange on platter with patties. Serve with additional sauce.
