Easy Apricot Salsa Chicken

- 6 chicken breasts shopping list
- 12 oz jar of salsa shopping list
- 8 oz jar of apricot jam shopping list
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix shopping list
How to make it
- To make ahead:
- Place all ingredients in a freezer bag, and lay flat in freezer
- To use:
- Thaw overnight in the fridge
- Empty contents of freezer bag into 9 x 13 baking dish
- Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165 F
- Can serve over white rice
