- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 medium onion,cut in 1/4" slices
- 1 medium lemon,cut in 1/4" slices
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c ketchup

4 bone-in pork chops(3/4" thick shopping list
1/2 tsp salt shopping list
1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
1 medium onion,cut in 1/4" slices shopping list
1 medium lemon,cut in 1/4" slices shopping list
1/4 c packed brown sugar shopping list
1/4 c ketchup shopping list

How to make it

Place pork chops in 3 qt. slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with onion and lemon. Sprinkle with brown sugar;drizzle with ketchup. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or till juices run clear.
