Orange Ginger Marinade

Use right away or place in airtight container and store in refrigerator for up to two weeks. All quantities and ingredients are approximate feel free to use your imagination!!
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup fresh orange juice (~ 2 oranges) shopping list
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1-1/2 tbsp. grated orange zest shopping list
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger shopping list
- 1 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- ground black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients until mixed well.
