Balsamic Vinaigrette

- 2 cups Balsamic Vinegar shopping list
- 2 tbsp Orange Juice Concentrate shopping list
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard shopping list
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup shopping list
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil shopping list
How to make it
- Reduce 1 1/2 cups of Balsamic Vinegar on the stove top. Simmer about 20 minutes or until the vinegar reduces to a syrup and will measure about 1/2 cup. Cool.
- In a jar mix reserved 1/2 cup unreduced Balsamic Vinegar, and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Add cooled reduced vinegar to the mix.
- You can reduce vinegar in advance and keep stored in a cool place.
- Feel free to add spices or garlic. Depending on what you plan to dress.

- Mixed Greens
- Strawberries
- Red Onion
- Red Pepper
- Blue Cheese
- Candied Walnuts (Optional)
