Meat And Potato Pie

Love this it is so easy! My fav part is the crust.
Ingredients
- 2 T shortening shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups Bisquick shopping list
- 3-4 T cold water shopping list
- 1 lb ground beef ( I used deer ) shopping list
- 1 medium onion chopped shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom shopping list
- 1 can sliced carrots drained shopping list
- 1 can sliced mushrooms drained shopping list
- 2 cups prepared mashed potatoes made with 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the shortening, bisquick, and water together until makes a ball.
- Roll out dough with floured surface into a circle
- Place in a pie plate.
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Brown the meat and onion together, drain
- Add veggies and soup to meat mix well
- Pour meat mixture into pie plate
- Top with mashed potatoes
- Put in oven for 15 minutes
- Add cheese and turn oven down to 350 for 15 more minutes
- Let sit to cool for 10 minutes to set up
