Beef & Wine Casserole

- beef & wine CASSEROLE shopping list
- 1 lb. or more lean beef (cubed) This could be London Broil, stew beef, or other shopping list
- type of steak shopping list
- ½ cup dry red wine shopping list
- 1 can Campbells beef consomme shopping list
- 2/3 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp thyme shopping list
- 1 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1 small onion sliced shopping list
- 1 small can mushrooms (drained) shopping list
- 1 cup baby carrots shopping list
- ¼ cup plain flour shopping list
- ¼ cup dry bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Combine beef, wine, consomme, salt, pepper,garlic, onions, mushrooms and carrots in greased casserole dish. Mix flour and bread crumbs thoroughly and stir into the meat mixture. Cook at 300 degrees (covered) for 3 hours. Serve over hot cooked white rice.
- Recipe serves 4 when using 1 lb. Of steak.
