How to make it

  • Heat oven to 325
  • Rinse pumpkin seeds
  • Smear butter all around flat, long, cookie sheet
  • Sprinkle (to desired coating) seeds with salt and pepper
  • Bake for 25min total, BUT remove and stir around EVERY 10MIN, to coat seeds and bake evenly. Makes a big difference!
