Dominican Condiment

- A Handful cilantro shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves shopping list
- 1 spring onion shopping list
- 1/2 celery stick(optional) shopping list
- 1 Small red onion shopping list
- 1/2 red pepper shopping list
- 1/2 green pepper shopping list
- 1 chicken Bouillion shopping list
- 1 Pce Canned roasted pepper shopping list
- 2 Tbls. Achiote oil shopping list
- 2 Tsp. red wine vinegar or a sour orange shopping list
- 4 whole stuffed olives shopping list
- 4 Tbls. of Dominican oregano shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Chop all Veg. into chunks,add to a blender or food processor and puree.
- Add a few teaspoons of water at a time if mixture is to thick.
- Store in the refrigerator for no more then 2 weeks.
- Tip: 1-Freeze extra mixture in ice cubes to use at another time.
- 2-Put the above mixture in a squeeze bottle and squirt on your meats, use it when saute your beans
