Light Spinach And Artichoke Dip

- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 8-oz low-fat cream cheese shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, chopped shopping list
- 1 (6-ounce) package fresh baby spinach shopping list
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup light sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add cream cheese and garlic; cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly until cream cheese melts.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through. Serve immediately.
