Hoisin Pork Tenderloin

- 2 whole pork tenderloins shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated fresh or a couple T dry minced onion shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce shopping list
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup hot Chinese mustard shopping list
- juice from 1 lime shopping list
- about 2T soy sauce shopping list
- about 2T worcestershire sauce shopping list
- about 2-3T honey shopping list
- several dashes(okay, LOTS of dashes), Rooster or similar hot sauce shopping list
- 1t ground cumin shopping list
- 1t ground coriander shopping list
How to make it
- In large zipper bag, combine all ingredients well.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours, up to over night.
- Grill over high heat, flipping only once, until internal temp reaches 145-150. (Coating should get nicely charred with this marinade, but it cooks pretty quickly, so watch it!)
- Let rest about 5 minutes and slice to serve.
