Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

- 16 oz. tomato sauce, prepared shopping list
- 16 oz. roasted red peppers packed in oil, with some oil drained off shopping list
- 16 oz. milk or heavy cream shopping list
- 2 oz. minced garlic shopping list
- 2-4 oz. shredded parmesan cheese shopping list
- to taste, salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- For sauce: In saucepan, heat peppers, garlic and tomato sauce to a simmer. Purèe in food processor or with an immersion blender. Add cream or milk and Parmesan cheese. Bring to a simmer. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, to taste, and keep warm.
