Thousand Island Dressing

- 1 cup Best Foods/Hellman mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tbsp. Heinz Chili Sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped white onions, rinsed shopping list
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped dill pickle or sweet pickle relish shopping list
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped cooked beets shopping list
- 1 finely chopped hard-cooked egg shopping list
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped chives shopping list
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped pimientos or fresh, peeled red bell pepper shopping list
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped flat-leaf parsley shopping list
- 1⁄2 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- juice of 1 fresh lemon shopping list
- sugar, salt and freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a rubber spatula, adjusting seasonings to your liking. Serve over wedges of iceberg lettuce/gem lettuce/butter lettuce hearts, etc.

This is a delicious dressing! The only thing I omitted was the pimientos/red pepper because I had neither. I didn't quite get a tablespoon of chives, either, as mine haven't totally recovered from winter yet. Used sweet relish. I'm going to let th...more

Served this delicious dressing on a mushroom burger!! Used Greek yogurt in place of the mayo. Have some left over so I'll probably mix it I have a giant head of iceberg lettuce that I plan on using like Frankie did. Thanks Luisa! 3/17/13
