How to make it

  • Place roast on rack
  • Broil 15 - 30 mins until brown
  • Stud meat with cloves
  • Place in crockpot
  • Sprinkle with nutmeg and paprika
  • Stir together catsup, o.j., honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice
  • Pour over roast
  • Cover and cook; Low: 8-10 hours, High: 4-5 hours.
