Cornbread Salad Recipe

Cornbread Salad

This is a yummy little Southern salad. The prep time includes baking the corn bread. I didn't put any cook time as the salad itself is not cooked.

Layer half cornbread, pickle relish, pickle juice, onion, tomatoes, bacon and spread with half of mayo.
Repeat layers.
Chill before serving.
