How to make it

  • Marinade the London Broil overnight
  • Preheat oven on broil high
  • Place London Broil on broiler pan
  • Cook 7 minutes then flip and cook additional 7-10 minutes
  • Cook longer if you want the meat more well done
  • Let meat sit for 5 minutes after cooking before cutting to keep the juices from flowing out
  • Cut meat at an angle in thin strips
