How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degree.
  • Place all ingredients into the bowl of a blender and blend well.
  • Pour into a greased 9” pie plate
  • Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until golden.
  • Makes 8 servings.
  • Note: this pie makes its’ own crust.
  • Can add: 1 c flaked coconut, if desired
