Pumpkin Cheese Ball

This is totally different.....but good.... if your looking to make a change in the menu...
Ingredients
- 8oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup cooked pumpkin, smashed (you can use the can type) shopping list
- 1 jar dried beef slices, chopped (2 1/2 ounces) shopping list
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, well drained shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cream cheese and pumpkin, mixing well until well blended.
- Stir in beef, cheese, pineapple and onion; mix well
- Chill at least one hour.
- Form into a large ball.
- Score sides with knife to resemble pumpkin.
- Serve with crackers.
- Yield: about 2 1/2 cups
