Marinated Dijon Chicken

- 10-12 boneless skinless chicken thighs ( I have used breasts as well) shopping list
- 1 tbsp curry powder shopping list
- 1 tbsp onion flakes shopping list
- 1/2 cup liquid honey shopping list
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp hot chili sauce of any kind shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in this order: spices, honey, dijon mustard, soy sauce and chili sauce
- give it a good stir!!
- Pour evenly over the chicken in a casserole dish, coating all chicken nicely and equally
- cover with plastic wrap, stick in fridge and marinate if possible overnight. ( I make it in the morning or sometimes right before dinner and it is still nice)
- When ready for dinner preheat oven to 350 and cook for 30-40 minutes until no longer pink
- ENJOY!!!
