Tempura ice Cream Balls

- 2 cups - sifted flour shopping list
- 3 - eggs yolks shopping list
- 2 cups - ice water shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
- 4 ice cream balls, any flavor, frozen very very hard shopping list
- confectioners' sugar to sprinkle shopping list
How to make it
- Sift flour 3 time into bowl
- Combine egg yolks and water in large bowl over ice; beat with whisk until well blended. Gradually add flour, stirring and turning mixture from bottom with a spoon; do not overmix. Flour should be visible on the top or batter will become gummy. Keep batter over ice while dipping and frying.
- Heat oil to 300 degrees in deep skillet
- Remove ice cream ball from freezer; Immediately dip into batter. Drop into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Serve immediately, sprinkled with confectioners' sugar.
