Peanut Butter Fudge

- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter shopping list
How to make it
- Butter or spray with nonstick spray an 8 inch square baking pan.
- Mix all ingredients except peanut butter in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until temperature reaches 234° F. (usually about 5 minutes) Remove from heat. Beat in peanut butter with a wooden spoon until mixture thickens. Be patient! Pour into buttered pan. Cool before cutting into 1 inch squares.
