crockpot brunswick stew

- 2 large onions-sliced vertically shopping list
- 2# chicken-skinless and boneless-white or dark or a mixture of meat shopping list
- cut in 1" pieces shopping list
- 1 1/2(8 oz.)ham -diced shopping list
- 1 (14.5) can diced tomatoes shopping list
- ! (14 oz.) can chicken broth shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves-minced shopping list
- 1 Tbs. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp. dried thyme-crushed shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce-your choise shopping list
- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen,sliced okra-thawed shopping list
- 1 cup frozen lima beans-thawed shopping list
- 1 cup frozen whole kernal corn-thawed shopping list
How to make it
- in a 3 1/2 or 4 quart crockpot,place onions,top with chinken and ham
- in a small bowlcombine tomatoes,with juice,broth,garlic,worcestershire sauce,mustard,thyme,pepper and hot sauce
- pour over meat,cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours
- add okra,lima beans and corn, if using low, turn to high and cook for 45 minutes more or till vegetables are tender
