Dads Red Stew

A stew with beef and vegetables with a little kick.
Ingredients
- beef Tips shopping list
- Knorr Hearty beef Stew Mix shopping list
- 15 oz can of tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 pckg of fresh sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 2 large potatoes shopping list
- 2 cups of baby carrots shopping list
- 1 yellow onion shopping list
- 4 cups of water shopping list
How to make it
- In mixing bowl take two cups of water and mix with the knorr mix with a whisk.
- Put the mixture in a pot to boil on high.
- Add beef tips.
- Once it comes to a boil, turn it down to medium and let the meat cook about 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
- After the meat is done add the chopped veggies and the 2 cups of water and the tomatoe sauce.
- Cook this between low and medium at least 45 minutes or longer.
- When it's good to the taste it's ready to serve.
- **This goes nicely with cornbread**
