Macaroni And Cheese
Ingredients
- 1/2 pkg. (1 lb.) elbows
- 3 tbsp. margarine or butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
How to make it
- Cook elbows according to package directions; drain
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In medium saucepan, melt margarine
- Stir in salt and pepper
- Add onion and cheese; stir until cheese melts
- Combine cheese sauce and elbows
- Spoon inot greased 2 quart baking dish
- Top with bread crumbs
- Bake 30 minutes
