Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

I haven't made these but they look and sound so good.. the recipe is from a little pamphet that Ocean Spray sent me in the mail.. I hope you enjoy them
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter shopping list
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1 teasp. baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 teasp. salt shopping list
- 1 ( 6 oz. ) package craisins.....the orginal flavor.. diced shopping list
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chunks or chips shopping list
- ........................... shopping list
- ****I would have to add some Pecans**** shopping list
How to make it
- using an electric mixer beat butter and sugar in medium size bowl until light and fluffy
- add eggs...mix well
- in separate bowl combine... oats, flour, baking soda, and salt
- add to butter mixture in several additions....mixing well after each
- stir in dried cranberries and chocolate chunks
- drop by rounded teaspoon unto an ungreased cookie sheet
- bake at 375' F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
- cool on wire rack..
- approx. 30 cookies
