Slow Cooked Pork Chops

- 6 to 8 boneless pork chops (about 2 1/2 pounds) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons oil shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- Hot cooked rice shopping list
How to make it
- Brown pork chops in oil in frying pan over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer pork chops to slow cooker. Combine soup and milk. Pour over top. Cook at 225 degrees for 7 to 10 hours. Serve over rice.
- Variations: For added flavor, substitute garlic salt for salt.
