Black-Eyed Pea Casserole

- 6 strips bacon, fried and drained shopping list
- 1 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1 cup chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 16oz can of black-eyed peas shopping list
- 1 16 oz can tomatoes shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Fry bacon: drain and crumble
- Simmer celery, pepper, onion in drippings from bacon until done.
- Add peas, tomatoes and bacon.
- Seson with salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Put in a casserole dish and serve.
