Peaches-n-Cream Pie

- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbsp milk shopping list
- 3 ½ cups thawed cool-whip shopping list
- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled shopping list
- 2 medium peaches, peeled (or canned peach slices, drained) shopping list
- 1 package (4 servings) vanilla pudding shopping list
- 1 cup cold milk shopping list
- ¼ tsp almond extract shopping list
How to make it
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Blend in sugar, 2 Tbsp milk, and 2 cups of cool-whip. Spread cream cheese mixture in pie crust, top with diced peaches, press down lightly into cream cheese mixture.
- Prepare pudding using 1 cup of milk, beat in almond extract. Let stand 5 minutes. Beat in the rest of the cool-whip and spread over peaches. Chill overnight.
