I keep the jar in the refrigerator for long time… and I use the onions to prepare beef, chicken, to marinate, dressings, salads… and is great for rushed days!

- 200ml. Balsamic Vinegar
- 100 ml. Worcestershire sauce
- fresh ground black pepper (I use too much …)

Ingredients

6 large onions in slices shopping list
300 ml. canola oil shopping list
200ml. balsamic vinegar shopping list
100 ml. worcestershire sauce shopping list
fresh ground black pepper (I use too much …) shopping list

How to make it

Place the onion slices in jar
Pour the rest of ingredients over the onions and seal.
Better with the pass of days

Probably could be done with whole or halved baby onions too...I guess I am going to have to try this one.

Great post Annie! LOVE onions and this multi purpose recipe is a terrific addition to my collection. How handy this one will be! For flavor in a hurry just open a jar! I can't cook if it doesn't include onions and garlic. You have a handy 5 for this one.

Wow Annie, you've outdone yourself! This is simple, brilliant and such a time saver! You deserve a culinary Nobel Prize for this lol Pity they don't give those out - you'd be a shoe-in. Do I have to say I love onions ;) Guess the 5 forks will just have to do! I also think the pic is just beautiful. I like it so much I've save it in my personal food styling file :)

Hi, Berry :) Whenever I'm cooking in a hurry, it's always the chopping of the onions (or garlic, or both!!) that slows me down!
