Butter-nut Rolls

- 6 Tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 egg, well beaten shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- flour (amount unknown) shopping list
- **Note: Keep adding flour until it is easy to handle shopping list
- 1 cup finely chopped nuts of your choice shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg, salt and vanilla. Mix.
- Add nuts and flour 1 cup at a time, mixing until dough is easy to handle.
- Chill
- Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approx 15 minutes, or nicely browned. Makes about 8 dozen rolls.
- NOTE: Mom's recipe. She didn't put the amount of flour in, we just always know by the feel.
