- 2-3 LBS BONELESS WESTERN STYLE pork ribs(CAN USE WITH BONES TO, GETS GREAT FLAVOR FROM THE BONES) shopping list
- 1 onion SLICED shopping list
- garlic pepper shopping list
- season salt, LAWRY'S OF COURSE shopping list
- ACCENT shopping list
- 1 CAN beer OF CHOICE - MAKE SURE TO HAVE EXTRA FOR THE COOK shopping list
- BBQ SAUCE OF CHOICE, USUALLY MAKE MY OWN shopping list
How to make it
- SPRAY CROCK POT WELL WITH NON-STICK SPRAY
- THROW HALF OF THE ONIONS IN CROCK POT
- LAYER RIBS AND SPRINKLE WITH DESIRED AMOUNTS OF SEASONINGS (PLUS ANY OTHERS YOU MIGHT LIKE TO ADD)
- REPEAT LAYERS AND SEASON AGAIN.
- ADD BEER.
- COOK ON LOWEST TEMP FOR 5 HOURS. MY CROCK POT IS DIGITAL, I DON'T KNOW THE TEMP, BUT IT HAS 4 OR 6 HOURS ON THE TIMER. I SET IT FOR 6, BUT STOP THEM AT 5 (IF I CAN). 6 HOURS PROBABLY WON'T HURT, JUST START TO FALL APART AT THIS POINT.
- REMOVE CAREFULLY FROM CROCK POT AND TRANSFER TO A MEDIUM HEAT GRILL.
- BBQ IMMEDIATELY TO YOUR DESIRED DONESS AND SERVE!
