A basic corn pudding recipe from Bill Siddell. I ♥ corn pudding-- the texture is so light and fluffy, sort of. Ingredients
- 4 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 2 cans creamed corn shopping list
- 2 cans whole kernel corn (drained) shopping list
- 1 heaping tbsp. sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 heaping tsp. baking powder shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together, put in a casserole dish and bake about 1 hour at 350.
