Diet Coke Cake

A delightful low-fat, low cholesterol dessert. This idea was taken from the forums of weightwatchers.com for anyone interested, so you know it's not bad for you ;)
Ingredients
- 1 box devil's food cake mix shopping list
- 1 can diet Coke shopping list
- 2 tbsp. lite whipped cream shopping list
How to make it
- Add 1 can diet coke to cake mix and beat for 2 minutes. Bake in 9 x 13 inch greased (bottom only) pan at 350 degrees for 29-34 mins. Cool, cut into 12 pieces and serve with 2 tbsp. lite whipped cream per slice.
- NOTE: You can also use alternate flavored cake mixes. White cake mix with diet orange soda (my favorite) and/or spice cake using diet 7-up, or diet sprite.
