Pimento Cheese with Bacon

Great tasting cheese and bacon spread.
Ingredients
- 4Tbs cream cheese shopping list
- 2c grated sharp cheddar shopping list
- 1c grated monteray jack shopping list
- 1/4c lt. mayo shopping list
- 1tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1 4 oz. jar chopped pimentos,drained shopping list
- 2Tbs sweet relish shopping list
- 4 slices bacon,cooked crisp and crumbled shopping list
How to make it
- In food processor,pulse together the chesses with mayonnaise and onion powder. Add pimentos and relish and pulse till blended but still chunky. Stir in bacon,transfer to a bowl,cover and chill at least 1 hour to allow flavors to develop. Serve with bread,crackers or chips,or spoon into celery ribs.
