Crispy Brussel Sprouts

- 1 lb brussel sprouts ( I use frozen baby sprouts) shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 tbls. butter shopping list
How to make it
- If frozen, thaw brussel sprouts
- Cut in half
- Cut into thin strips
- Heat oil in saute pan to medium heat
- Add garlic and saute for a minute
- Turn heat up to medium high
- Add brussel sprouts
- Add salt and pepper
- Cook until caramelized
- Add butter
