    I love to cook with Adobo. In fact, I'm making a chuck roast for dinner and have covered it with Adobo. But, I like the kind that has cumin and have a hard time finding it. If I use your recipe, how much cumin would you suggest adding?

    Thanks, I see it in a lot of recipes but never knew what it was before. Now I won't avoid them. BTW I was going to look it up -- just haven't had time.
