Ginger Teriyaki Sauce

- 2 tablespoons sake shopping list
- 3 tablespoons rice wine shopping list
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
- Lower heat and simmer into a light syrupy consistency.

This is what I do all the time except I use brown sugar, I never measure though. I use it for salmon, stir fry, veggies etc. Great post.
